Vouchers are non-refundable. Subject to the cancelation/rescheduling policy above, in the event that a client chooses not to redeem the voucher for the service it was purchased for, a voucher may be redeemed to their face value for products and services in our salons, until the expiry date on the voucher.
Bookings essential and subject to availability.
Valid for new clients to RU&CO and clients who haven’t visited within three months.
Valid for use with select stylists.
Must be used in 1 visit by 1 person.
Additional charges payable at the time of appointment may apply for toner, excessive regrowth, hair past shoulder length and coarse hair.

RU&CO Dollars are not earned with the purchase of a New Client Package, and RU&CO Dollars cannot be used toward the purchase of New Client Packages.
